CMI ‘s founder, Gina E. Stoll, has spent her professional career developing and implementing a wide range of marketing programs, business building solutions,  and communication strategies, setting her apart in her field as a successful financial services professional. The consulting firm specializes in the development of strategic communication plans designed to place busy professionals and business owners in the spotlight in their field and in their community.

Prior to launching CMI, Gina spent 20 years building a successful financial services practice through the development of targeted community outreach seminars, special industry events and advanced educational workshops. It was through her expertise in this realm that she developed successful, results oriented programs, designed to build business at all levels. She has spoken at a host of public forums, delivering important topics and top of mind issues. Gifted in the art of gearing complex topics to her audience, she has the expertise to assist with the development and delivery of your most important message clearly and concisely.

Gina began her professional marketing career in Boston Massachusetts, with an International Property Development & Management firm where she developed and implemented overseas marketing strategies.  This followed several post graduate teaching assignments, where she created and facilitated alternative education solutions for special needs children and adults both at home and abroad. It was during this time she discovered her passion for helping others form viable, results oriented strategic growth & communications plans.

Gina is a graduate of The University of Massachusetts at Amherst, & holds a BA in Creative & Expressive Therapies from the BDIC program, an interdisciplinary program enabling students to design their own curriculum.

Post graduate studies include: Harvard Extension School; completing Strategic Business Planning: Strategy Formulation & Implementation, and Northeastern University; completing work in Marketing.

Gina is a past Board member of the Animal Refuge League, serving on the Strategic Planning and Endowment Committees. She has also served on the Development Committee for Audubon Arizona.
